REMaster agent architecture. Day: live web research through Nimble feeds the Strategist, which plans the week for the Company manager; the manager makes daily decisions on a small working memory and talks with a 10-person team; a Monday briefing is voiced with FLUX 3. Night: a Night cleaner curates memory, shadow copies replay decisions on older memory, and a Judge restores the exact fact when decisions differ. Everything is logged to Tinybird Rawtree, an append-only memory. Models: Liquid LFM-2.5.

Next day loop: standups from 10 people, the manager decides (assign, unblock, reshuffle), a shadow check asks whether older memory would decide differently, then sleep on it curates memory (keep, fold, promote, archive). Every step logs to and recalls from Tinybird Rawtree with SQL.
